How long will it take to get my digitized design?

We has a standard turn-around time of 24 hours. If you have a special request, please let us know and we will finish within a few hours at no extra charge.

What is the charge for editing?

Most of the editing is free, except when adding a new part to the original logo we have done or you change the artwork and we need to re-digitize, such as adding lettering, background, and we only charge the stitches for the additional part.

When I send out the order, what kind of information do I need to send?

The most important information we need is 1) Size in width or height, you may inform us only one side as the other side obviously will go proportionate 2) Fabric the logo will embroider on 3) Location: where will you be embroidering the design.

What are your business hours?

We never stops working! Our digitizing services are available around the clock, everyday, so you can always contact us at any time.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do you ensure quality?

We sew and inspect each digitized design to ensure the design is sharp and clean. If we find any problems we will correct it and sew it again. We do this until it is finally perfect, and then send the dst file with the scan of the sew out to you.

Embroidery depends on many other factors besides digitizing, like machine, needle, thread, speed ..., even operator's skills. So we usually provide quick, mostly free edit services to our customers. A scan of how your sample looks will be very helpful for a revision, we also strongly suggest our customer to test run the tape before production.
